Ceramic Industries is committed to the growth and development of local communities and our aim is to support sustainable businesses and promote job creation. We therefore invite applications for enterprise development funding from entrepreneurs who wish to grow their existing businesses.

Company Qualifying criteria

· South African registered entity (Exempt Micro Enterprises)

· 51% or more black owned and management controlled business with a turnover of more than R1 million and less than R10 million for Exempt Micro Enterprises

· Women ownership of 30% and over as an advantage

· Involved in manufacturing, manufacturing related services, agro-processing or ICT

· Linkage to tile and/or sanitaryware manufacturing an advantage

· Demonstrate for growth, sustainability and job creation

Beneficiary qualifying criteria

· Owner of the business should be a South African citizen

· 2 years or more own business experience

· A proven track record of financial management and ability to read financial reports

Documentation to be submitted:

· Business plan,

· Business registration documents

· Past two years annual financial statements

· BEE affidavit

· Certified copy of I.D. documents for the business owners

· Any other affidavits confirming special designated groups (e.g. Youth)
